Tracy Roshangah, CCIM
Director, Asset Management
Tracy Roshangah serves as Director, Asset Management at McMorgan & Company, where she oversees property management and construction for clients’ real estate assets, spanning office, industrial, retail, and multi‑family sectors. She rejoined the firm in 2018 and brings over 25 years of real estate experience to her role. Tracy is also a member of McMorgan’s Investment Committee.
Prior to her current tenure, Tracy held positions at New York Life Real Estate Investors and TruAmerica Multi‑Family, where she gained extensive experience in large-scale asset stewardship.
Tracy holds a BS in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from California State University, Sacramento, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
