Ronald J. (Buck) Bucci

Buck Bucci serves as Senior Managing Director of Sales at McMorgan & Company. With over 25 years of specialized experience in Taft-Hartley investment and retirement plan services, Buck brings a comprehensive understanding of serving labor union pension funds and multi-employer benefit plans to his role. He joined McMorgan in 2006 and is based in Pittsburgh.
Prior to joining McMorgan, Buck served as Managing Director of New York Life Investment Management’s Retirement Plan Services Taft-Hartley channel. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Wachovia Retirement Services’ Taft-Hartley group.
Buck’s extensive experience has made him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex investment and fiduciary decisions. He holds a BS in Finance from Saint Vincent College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Buck maintains Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
