Tony Chen serves as Managing Director of Finance at McMorgan & Company, where he oversees critical operational functions including portfolio accounting, information technology, and human resources. A 22-year veteran of McMorgan, Tony ensures the firm’s operational infrastructure supports McMorgan’s institutional client base while maintaining the high standards of accuracy and transparency required by pension funds and multi-employer benefit plans.
Tony joined McMorgan in 2003 and has progressed through various positions within the firm’s Corporate Accounting department, including Accounting Manager, before assuming his current role. His extensive tenure has provided him with deep institutional knowledge of McMorgan’s operations and evolution.
Tony earned a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 99 FINRA licenses. He is based in San Francisco.
