John Santaguida
Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer
John Santaguida, Chief Executive Officer of McMorgan & Company, has led the organization since 2008. He joined McMorgan in 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s business, including investment strategies, relationship management, operations, and compliance. He also serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
With over four decades of experience in institutional investments, John has dedicated his career to developing tailored solutions for pension funds and retirement plans. Prior to joining McMorgan, John served as Managing Director of the Taft-Hartley division at New York Life Investments. His earlier roles included a decade at Wachovia Corporation, where he was National Sales Manager for the Retirement Services division, and a decade in progressive positions at Bankers Trust Company.
John holds a BBA from The George Washington University and an MBA from New York University. He maintains Series 7, 24, and 66 FINRA licenses.
